Founded in 2024, Mahogany Real Estate Investments has been serving the homeless community. Mahogany Real Estate Investments is a 501(c)(3). Our organization was started by Ruby Watson who recognized the need for a safe and supportive environment for at-risk unaccompanied youth and aged-out foster children experiencing homelessness in our city.

Mission
Mahogany Real Estate Investments mission is to provide homeless students and aged-out foster children a safe transitional housing alternative, teach a multitude of skills to empower them to become self-sufficient, and facilitate the possible college prep, job training and vocational training desired by the clients.

Mahogany Real Estate Investments services are unique in that at-risk unaccompanied homeless students and aged-out foster children-have long-duration of its transitional housing, and comprehensive empowerment program. Mahogany Real Estate Investments will make a significant impact on the Kansas City community, in both short-term relief, and long-term skill development and empowerment.
